Hello there,

I am not sure what exactly happened but the possibilities are endless. The server might've crashed, going through inspection, updating, VPS crashed, etc. Just be patient, I'm sure the staff will have it back up soon.

However, I'd assume that the most likely "possibilities' would be that the server is under inspection or being updated. It could go as far as the VPS crashing, but I doubt that. (As Mushbear said yet again. Dirty bastard.) But, it could even be as simple as Mr. Admin's computer being off.

If I am not mistaken, you connect to his IP to access the 'site, similar to the Server, so if his computer is offline/turned off, then chances are that you cannot connect.
