Guidelines for Bug Reports.

Please take a moment to look through these guidelines before submitting a bug report, in order to speed up the process and make it easier for both you and the GM team. A lacking report is less likely to be acknowledged!

1. If possible, contact a GM in-game or on Xat to report the bug. It is possible that the bug has been reported before, or even already has a temporary fix.

2. Do not report without due proof! Please include clear screenshots with your report. Good screenshots include one or more of the following: error messages, glitched images, hover-overs of items, etc.

3. Be as detailed as possible. Include names of maps, NPCs, items, the estimated time of it happening, the cause/effect, even the usernames of other players who were affected. These details will make the issue clearer and thus easier to pinpoint and resolve.
