Guidelines for Player Reports.
It's a little complicated when a player reports another player for something, but sometimes it's necessary in order to solve issues. Please read through these guidelines before posting a report about another player!
1. If possible, contact a GM in-game first before posting a player report. Many issues can be checked and possibly resolved in-game without having to be taken to forums.
2. Report people who break the rules, not people who you dislike. Sometimes it might be unclear, but if it's clearly just a personal issue please do not make a player report. Of course, someone who is obviously breaking the rules through comments (serious and excessive sexism, racism, flaming, etc.) is subject to punishment, so if you have proof of these comments please do go ahead and post a report.
3. Proof? The best proof you can have is a screenshot. Other witnesses are important as well, but a screenshot is the most concrete proof you can use to support your report. Please take clear screenshots and include as many as possible that are relevant to the report.
4. Reports are left open for discussion in order to let witnesses have a say and for our staff to reply. These reports are NOT made for flame wars! Do not start them! DO NOT START FLAME WARS.
Thank you for your concern!
